“As we prepare for our move to the Integrated Care Hub at HealthCity Novena in 2021, we are working towards doubling our inpatient capacity from 50 to 100 beds and expanding our home care and day care services to serve more patients. In April this year, we have also started the operations for our new Day Care where we are now able to deliver integrated palliative care in a seamless manner to ensure continuity of care for our patients based on their needs.”
At DPH, about 40% of all its annual expenses are supported by donations and fundraising. All these help us to provide holistic palliative care services; whether in-patient, Home Care or Day Care, more affordable. Thank you all for attending this joyous event and helping us raise over S$1 million to support the growth of the Hospice and our endeavour to making every moment matter for our patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Every Moment Matters is our annual stakeholder engagement event. We gather community and corporate partners for an evening for celebration and conversation. This year’s event was held at the NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at 11 Mandalay Road.
There was a panel discussion on strengthening corporate social responsibility programmes and management with guest speakers Dr Goh Wei Leong (Co-founder, HealthServe); and The Straits Times Singaporean Of The Year 2018) and Ms Joyce Chee (VP, Philanthropy Advisory, Responsible and Impact Investing, Credit Suisse Private Bank), in addition to performances from singers from Dulwich College Singapore and a string quartet from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. We thank our partners for their support and their friendship, and all guests who have come to support our event and endeavour. We hope you had a pleasant evening. Let’s keep this conversation going, and do more to serve those living with life-limiting illnesses.
